Two new topics in one night - getting greedy!

Tonight when I logged on, there was an indication that I had not logged on & could I do so? My PC is set up to log in automatically once I select this site (password stored within firewall) - I couldn't initially find the notepad where I had written my password - you might be wondering now where I am heading with this post, but in the past, I would have been extremely upset if I thought I had mislayed something (?)...the thought of not getting instant access here would have triggered me.

If friends didn't respond to e-mails or texts I thought the worst (they didn't want to know, or I thought they had been involved in a serious accident)!

I haven't really (remotely) panicked about anything for about 3/4 weeks & I've just realised it...its so much more than just getting over it!

Anyone new here, sorry if I appear to be rambling, but I am talking about real progress (I should do it when I'm more alert).

Best wishes ...Rik

*No voices / no panic....what's next?
