Looking up!

Looking up!
Life turns us inside out but sometimes, you just can't help to look back at what you've been through and be proud. We are amongst the strongest people out there. Don't ever stop fighting for what is right. That is why were here. Coming from a country song that I don't care for "god put mountains in front of us, so we can learn to climb". Keep fighten boys! I know its hard but, WE GOT THIS!

Much love and respect,
Jason

Endless Jason,
are you infinity?*
wonder what that would feel like?
i'd get bored

but back to the topic at hand: our past. I read in a book on acceptance that it is possible to take our wounded selves and turn us around and become healers of ourselves and others. We know what compassion is or isn't. We can make a difference by sharing our hope, wee as it may be,
but gotta start someplace. We have to share our selves, the good stuff as it emerges into the sunshine after years of neglect and pain. This is where hope comes from.

A hopefull froggy12, at least for now.
*I'm not being sarcastic, just a play on words.

and we did it as children ,we were just kids, thats strong

'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.'
Oscar Wilde

When you can see the stars at least you know which direction is "up".

Better than not knowing. ;)

I've recently read through the last 2 years of my journal. It was very enlightening. I could see what I call spirals upward and see that I've moved so much further than I can ever imagine - even when the dark places I touch are clearer and sometimes more painful. But I see that I have way more strength to face it now - over and over again in all it's myriad of ways.

Scooter,
Give thanks and be glad one of them bible folk wrote. You are AWARE...and this leads you to all sorts of places, good and bad. It's a good idea to step back into the recesses of your head and do an inventory. It can be exicitng. Do a little tap dance in your head and celebrate, but don't get too rowdy

as the froggy12 turns, ribbit
