Looking through my closet today... (maybe trigger)

Since I am moving soon, I'm going to have a tag sale to get rid of all my extra stuff, and I was looking through my closet today for stuff I didn't need. I found an old box of school papers and stuff from elementary school. In with these things was half a notebook page with a sad little poem written on it. I was probably somewhere from eight to ten when I wrote it...
I kept the spelling mistakes intact just because it seems more real that way, I guess. I wasn't a very good speller. Here's the poem:
Warm sumer rain faling softy on the damp green grass
Evry rain drop a cristil just waitng to burst
The world a winddow lookig out on our lifes
Stomy and dark rain drops are eternil teers
The eye of the earth are
Forevr waching
Flowers just a distracshion, an ilushion
To take away the
Misery
Crying siying
The univers is a cold blankit of snow
Shut out in the frost
But Shut inside a room confind forevr
Traped inside a fake world.
A force smile
A bogis lagh
Neverous chukles
Unreal in the fake world
This made me really sad, I guess. I did also find a couple stories I had written, and they were a little more cheerful and something a "normal" kid might write. One was about time travel. I think little Josh was happy to read that one again.
