LOOKING FOR MY RAPEST

I AM LOOKING FOR HELP OR RESORCES IN TRYING TO RIND THE PERSON THAT RAPED . THIS HAPPENED WHILE I WAS IN THA U.S. ARMY AT FORT HOOD TEXAS ,IN 1977
I DO HAVE HIS NAME ,RANK , AND THE UNIT THAT HE WAS ASSIGNED TO .
THE VA. HAS REFUSED TO HELP EVEN THOUGH THEY COULD FIND HIM IN A MATTER OF MINUTES .
I AM JUST LOOKING GOR JUSTICE TO BE SERVED

OKie why dont you go to the police. They could track him down!!!

I would second the suggestion to go to the police, as that is something that they do, it would not cost you, and if you want to press charges they will be involved anyway.

Other suggestions would be an online 'people search' service, with the information you have, but I believe those cost.
