well, ohio does have it, and i am certain he'll get it. i look at it like this, death here is just the beginning of torment for someone evil enough to rape a 17month old child. he deserves every instant of it.
 
Death for someone like that is the easy way out. I'd say what I'd like to do to him but then they'd be haulin me off to jail!
 
if what they say about prison and child molestors is true, he'll have many chances to live what that boy did.

He wasnt attacked, there arent enough marks on him, YET!
 
it breaks my heart. i treasure my kids so much, and as they talk about all the innocent things this one loved, it just kills me that some monster killed him. how do you ever get justice for that? i dont think it is possible. our world is a little emptier every time it loses a child.
 
I cannot even imagine what the father is going through, there must be tons of emotions on his side, I hope he is getting special help.

Edited to just say that, I do post some news on what happens, but I find these types of abuse too hard to post.

There is no shortage of this type of crime, and I just read about an 8yo who had his head beat against a door for peeing his pants, and no wonder he did when faced with a beast.

The kid is dead, and his abuser got 15years, so where is the justice in that one!

The path report stated that the kid had 51 seperate bruises on his body, and nobody noticed.
