Guys,

Reviewing some important rules to live by, and I realized that some of the most important come from the unlikliest of sources - comic books, comic strips, and the movies. Here's a few:

With great power comes great responsability - Spider-man

We must always protect others, even when they might fear and hate us - X-Men

We must always continue to search for hope - Charles Xavier (X-Men)

Strive always to be the best at what you do, even if what you do best isn't very nice - Wolverine (X-Men)

Criminals (and abusers) are a cowardly, superstitious lot who cannot stand against one brave, well-prepared person - Batman

We must always use our talents for good - Mr. Fantastic (Fantastic Four)

Always battle for Truth, Justice, and the American (human) Way - Superman

It doesn't matter where you came from, as long as you fight for the right cause - Superman

Humankind isn't evil, just misinformed - Charles Xavier (X-Men)

We are the future, not the evildoers. They no longer matter - Magneto (X-Men)

The needs of the many far outweigh the needs of the few. Or the one - Spock of Vulcan (Star Trek)

The needs of the one are just as important as the needs of the many - Amanda, wife of Sarek of Vulcan (Spock's mother) (Star Trek)

Size matters not - Yoda (Star Wars)

Luminous beings are we, not just crude flesh - Yoda (Star Wars)

Once you start down the path of the Dark Side, forever will it control your destiny - Yoda (Star Wars)

There is no death, just the Force - Star Wars

Try not. Do or do not. There is no try - Yoda (Star Wars)

Feel free to add, brothers. A tiny ray of whimsical philosophy for those who need it. Oh, one more:

Hakuna Matata! - Timon and Pumbaa (Lion King)

Peace!

How is duck tape like 'The Force'?

There is a light side, a dark side, and it holds the universe together!

C3P0: He made a fair move. Screaming about it won't help you.

Han: Let him have it. It's not wise to upset a Wookiee.

C3PO: But sir, nobody worries about upsetting a droid.

Han: That's 'cause droids don't pull people's arms out of their sockets when they lose. Wookiees are known to do that.

C3PO: I see your point, sir. I suggest a new strategy, Artoo. Let the Wookiee win.
