My perp was a predator who crossed state lines to do what she did, is there a Federal Law enforcement agency that I can get involved with pursuing getting her brought up on charges for rape? I don't think that it will do much good in my particular case and location to do it through the local police department.

 

That would be the FBI. It would be a possible federal offense if you were a minor and that person took you across state lines. Something about transporting a minor across state lines for such purposes.

Mike,

If she came here did what she did and left, you got nothing, it all has to do with where the crime took place. Even if she came here pick you up and took you across the state line, you are still dealing with the locals where the crime took place.

All the crimes start in the town/village court no matter what happened, if the criminal complaint is a felony, it automaticly makes its way up the ladder.
