i was at the gym earlier -

a big thing for me - is when i get fatigued - my hands go "wonky" - i drop stuff - and i get pissed off -
and even still - little stuff - can just bug the crap --- out of me! ;)

so - this morning - some little detail went awry -- some bad design of some item and
i got pissed and

i saw it - my face i mean - i let myself have the standard i wanted to look for of how things should be - and someone had termed it uptight - but - i kind of stuck to my guns - about it -

and this morning - i got upset at something -

and i got upset

and i realized - i am processing anger now -

i am learning to do this -

i watched television then while on the treadmill
- so weird at times -

but i could see the humanity of it -

the anger - and the goofy everyday frustrations and stuff - i liked it - surprise! :)

it was great - funny goofy - not perfect -

good stuff -

it was nice

i liked the commercial where they were eating big sandwiches - i loved seeing other people have that look of hungry but eating a big sandwich -

ah i could relate - and the actor really looked like he was loving it :) !
