I was looking for a support group here in the San Francisco east bay area, so I called the local crisis center in hopes of a referral.

The first two places I called had never offered a male group, and the third place had one, but it's about 2 hours away from home on a work night, and it also conflicts with other commitments.

So... No help.
 
I hear ya Dewey, there are only 2 male survivor groups in the whole state of New Jersey. Go to the therapist directory and call the people in your area, see if they know of anything. I believe there are 4 that might be of help. 2 in San Fran, 1 in Oakland and 1 in Berkley.

Both Berkeley and SF are quite a ways from me time-wise during rush hour, but I'll look into it anyway.
