Your comment about your room makes me smile. In my son's room there is NO place where you can actually see the floor.
Bruno loves it! He can go in there and flop down anywhere, and there is still enough stuff all over the floor to be comfortable for a big dog.
Mark and I have a deal, actually. I don't hassle him about his room, and in return he keeps his door shut and does his bit to keep the rest of the house tidy.
