Keeping your bearing

I'm in Tech school and was wondering what fellow and former military members have done to keep their bearing when the trauma tries to rear its head. I feel like I cant talk to anyone without getting reported to someone in my chain of command. I've gone to my chaplain and to my SAPR building but I could use some advice from people who have been through what I went through.
No advice is bad advice. Thanks!

We were fortunate to have an old satly Plt Sgt. who was very much a father figure. We could talk about anything and he understood the hammer very well. It is very difficult to find someone you can trust but they are out there sir. Hope you can find one of those. be well
