Just when I thought...

Just when I thought...
Just when I thought I had made alot of progress, here it comes again. Stuff reminding me what the abuse has done to me.

1. In supermarket trying to get food for the upcoming week, and it just seemed like i was getting anxious with everyone else in the store and I couldn't think about what I wanted to get. So I just abandoned my cart, picked up some comfort foods and went to the express checkout.

2. I go to take the trash out, can't do it, why because I can hear kids playing, can't really see where they are out the garage window because of the darkness.

I guess you don't realize what your problems are until you face them.

I can so relate to that. I don't think I have any magic answer (not that I feel you were looking for one anyway). My guess is that this was just you being able to express what you feel.

I'm right there with you and you are not alone. I know that helps me so often. Hopefully it does for you too.

Hello Jason,

What you describe is painfully recognizeble. These fears keep me indoors every day, awake every night. I don't have any answers.. i just want to say that as Bruce said, you're not alone.
