I don't even know right now why I am here or why I am posting. I just needed to make contact here. By posting I am in some way doing something I need. I feel like crying for some reason. I don't know why. I am confused.

We're here. And I do know the feeling. I went to the doctors the other day and was asked why I came in, I said I don't know, but felt like it was the right place to go. We seem to know where the right place is sometimes.

there don't have to be 'reason' why you are here. You are always welcome here, no matter how you feel, even if you do not know how you feel. I am glad you came. I hope you are feeling better by now.
