Please come home. We love you unconditionaly. We found a way to get you the help you wanted. Don't be afraid, we are here for you, just as you have been here for us. We can work through this together. Remember your promise, together forever, we stand by that too. If you dont want to come home at least call so we can give you the new information we received so you can get help.

Jake - it's only a couple of days ago that I responded to one of your posts. I thought then that Jessica and Brian sounded like 2 of the best friends (real ones) that anyone could wish for - please contact them if you can.
