It's been one month

Congrats...I know it's not easy..there was a time in my life when drugs ran rampid with me. Not to sound too cleshy (spelling?) but do take it one day, one hour, one min., one second at a time.

It's real easy to say I don't want to think about what they did to me so I'll just drink it drug it and fuck it away you know? But that doesn't really work. Just makes things worse.
Yes, taking it one minute - minute and a half at a time today :)
