Is there a movie, tv show, etc that gets to you?

I've seen the commerical for the new movie Zethura several times everytime when the older brother says to his younger brother something like "I'm your brother and I'm going to protect you" It just gets to me. I don't cry, I just can't help but wonder why I didn't have a brother like that, I had to have one who abused me for his own selfish satisfaction.

Does anyone have a movie or commerical or anything like this that gets to them?

At times the movie "HOME ALONE" gets to me. It can be very funny in some ways but when I think about the poor kid Kevin be bully and dumped by his siblings I think about how my childhood was. I think the part that really bugs me is how the parents fail to protect this kid and he has to defend himself and lookout for himself.

In another scene he is giving advice to a neighbor about how to repair a broken relationship. This child is too young for all these adult roles!

I cannot watch any movie or program that depicts any kind of sexual abuse or rape .
Because it causes me to have nightmares of what happened to me
I was raped by another male soldger an E-7(SFC)while I was in the Army at Fort Hood TX in 1977 . This still gives me problems after all of thease years
