Progress! The notice for a tentative date for a formal hearing against my fiance's perp has finally been sent!

They didnt drop the case after all!

Yah... C has been triggered since the notification though.. he thought that the case might have been handled internally but it wasn't and now it has to go to a public hearing..

at least it will take about a year for the hearing.. will give him time to get the support he needs, and it wont be in the middle of our wedding or honeymoon plans.
