I have not been around now for sometime and i don't know why i have come back here but to say this,i have been in shutdown mode since i left and i have shutdown everything in my mind about my life and my survival.

I really can't talk with anyone else around me as they just do not understand and i am tired of all the 20 questions i am asked quite often now,all i can say is i am here and i will see where things go since i am back.

Hi mattandrew,
It's good to hear your 'voice' around here again. I certainly am familiar with shutdown mode. The skill has protected me well from the terror that produced it.
