Is the 4% repeat rate, is that just for 'child molesters', or for 'pedophiles'? I thought the idea was, 'true pedophiles' can not be 'reformed'?
A friend and me, both, reported one of perpetraters to police few year ago. I think, perhaps, it is my interpreting of it, but I think if 'only' it been about the sexual abuses, it would not been so much deal with. It was when they further check it and find out he kill several boys, and have proof of that, that it become more 'serious' thing to them. But of course, it is different country, legal system, of most what people here will deal of. But it is, hard situation, hard thing to go through. I would just say, anyone to try it, I hope they will have some support in it. And thank them, to try it at all, is hard thing.
