I need advice from someone familiar with New York City.

I'm going against doctors orders and flying. So I need to know if there is a cheep way to get from JFK to the Chelsea area of Manhattan, West 20th Street to be exact. Any help would be appreciated.

With that Aside...

I recently flew into JFK to be taken to 2 West at Battery Park Took me about an hour and 15 minutes total by the 'Super Shuttle' at the airport. Cost? 17 + a $2 tip. (I know cheapskate!)

Hopefully traffic will be ok so you should make good time.

P.S. The only reason I got such a good laugh is because this has to be one of the most emotionally generic posts I've seen here. No drama, no anger and doctor be damned you're determined to go!!!

I too have taken the super shuttle and it is a good, cheap way into the city. Have a good time there, it is a great city.
