I joined a gym
I joined a gym a few weeks ago and am really enjoying it. I forgot how much I like working out. I was quite intimidated about going to the gym for many years. I can't say I am totally comfortable with it now. I still get self-conscious about walking into the "peacock" area (where all the muscle dudes are preening in the mirror) to use the free weights or the machines. But I like working out. Already in a few weeks I can tell I have built conditioning and strength. I like looking forward to the workout and enjoy the spent feeling afterword.
