to my fellow brethren,
This place has become a refuge for me. you are the men that my soul has longed to meet. I wanted to thank you from the very depths of my being for your vulnerablity, your courage, your strength, your wisdom, and your pain. I have found such a peace even though I wrestle with many of the same demons as each of you. Knowing that I am not alone, that I am surrounded by a throng of men... that is what I always dreamed. You may not think it... But you are my heros!

You guys deserve the highest honors in my book for you are the strongest group of men I have ever encountered.

That means all of us are heros for taking the steps... even the first baby steps... to recover and be who we were meant to be.

Any and everyone has shown courage just coming to this site.
