You'll probably start to see "the lights come on" as you read posts etc. It's unlikely you're here just to pass time and look at yet another web site.
If nothing else, you'll get to learn that there's a whole bunch of us guys out here who have been hurt and have many issues we are working through. Sexual abuse of boys and men is much more widespread than almost anybody could believe!
I trust you'll start to glean some stuff for yourself over time. Please feel safe Brad. You are in a trusting and amazingly caring environment here.

That intro was rather silly in retrospect. I stumbled onto this forum while surfing other things but like I said, something just seemed right and I started reading.
I'm still gathering thoughts but I'm not sure right now if I was sexually abused or not. There were violent elements that I remember clearly.

Hi, Brad, Welcome. You don't sound strange at all. We've all been where you are. I kind of hope you decide that maybe you don't belong here. That would be a good thing. But, if eveything seems to fit and as you say, "something just seemed right"..... We're here for you no matter what, Brad, and will help any way we can. Bobby
