Hey Guys,
Well I have a new t now. She had lots of experence in dealing with abuses issues in both men and women, so thats good. I'm a bit of a basket case she has had me writing out my life story. Where born, where raised, just lots of questions for me to answer. And it's been bring up lots of old feelings I thought I was past. But there not as over whelming as they were so I guess I'm healing (or getting better hiding). It's just hard to write down the answers to some of the questions. Understand? I dont know. I gave her the web address to here and told her this place has been and is a big part in my life and would like for her to look at it and if she wants to regester so if anyone else in Montana comes to try to find a t her name will show up. I have my third apt with her tomarrow and it takes some work to get there each week, I just want to run the other way. OK well guess Im done ranting. Sorry this didnt make a lot of sence :( but thanks to each and everyone of you for being a brother and helping me get to where I am right now. ((((hugs))))

James. I am so glad that you have a new T that has experience with the issues. it was not a rant merely commenting on the fact that this shitty issue takes a whole lot of work on our part. But by god it is worth it. Stay with it and us my brother

Good luck with it James. Sounds like you have your work cut out for you for the next little while. Take care. Peace, Andrew

Hey James... good for you. I'm so glad you found someone you can build that ever-difficult therapy trust with. Gives me hope. :)

Keep us posted.

James,

I'm really glad to hear about your new therapist. My first therapist did not have very much experience w/ abuse issues, and we never got very far. My present therapist has considerable experience w/ abuse and trauma victims. My pdoc has quite a bit of experience w/ PTSD patients. It's made quite a difference. I hope that your healing will really take off.

You ain't run from anything yet, and has anyone ever said it was going to be easy ?

"No" to both questions I bet.

You can walk there with your head held high my friend.
It's good to see you back as well.
