Sorry to ask this question from a position of strength.

The case against my perp is up again on 25th April (I'm currently the only accuser) - he's denied that anything happened when taken in for questioning (October 17 2004) and again a month ago in court.

It was 1969 when all this crap happened, so why am I feeling so impatient now that it has taken 5 months since my complaint - 6 months before he makes a plea (guilty / or not).

I don't think it will all end for at least 4 more months.

In the total time frame, it's not much longer, but I am so ready to move on... I so much want to come here and tell you all that the bastard has been jailed because I found my voice at last.

I'm not religious, but if you want to pray for a result I will be happy!

Hey Rick, I understand what you are talking about. I think you're finally seeing that light at the end of the tunnel...makes a world of difference in how patient you are! Just hang in there and know that this WILL be coming to an end!
 
Yeah, I did it, and it went s-l-o-w. I never knew if I was actually going to testify or not or when that call would come. A lot of on again off again, hurry up and wait.

Yes,in regard to your question if I took my perp to court and did I win maybe but also on the other side of the coin my perp got his time 7 years prison time 10 years probation however when my perp got out I was not notified of his release.My perp as well over here across the pond is permanently unless the United States laws change will forever be on a sexual offenders list and this perp will be plastered on the internet for as long as the sexual offenders list survive.

The courts over here take forever to get around to getting a perp into court and the process is very slow if not at a turtles pace in actual justice if you want to call it justice even though I personally think the courts are a living JOKE and they all can kiss my A** and go rot in he**.Be patient your time and day in court will happen just be ready to reface the S.O.B. that offended you and be ready to tell exactly what took place in vivid detail might I suggest having a friend or therapist on hand to help you get through the rough road.Great luck brother and we will be thinking about you when it comes down to the wire.
 
You're a braver man than I'll ever be. I wish it were over for you now.

Hang in there. I hope the perp gets what's coming to him.
