Hey All, it's Thanksgiving and i am here at my computer after setting up the flowers, drinks and and nibbles - table is set and bottles of booze stand at the ready -

Dan is busy in the kitchen and i am here in the loft listening to him bang around and typing on the laptop - with CNN in the background -

ZI am thinking about all the MS guys - brothers - survivors -

There is a lot to be thankful for, from my perspective - including having this place, MS, and each of you -

Happy Thanksgiving - I am thankful for us being together here at MS - and my life here in Florida -

For all of this past year,
and looking forward to the challenges ahead,
I am grateful. :-)

Hi Mark,
Well I'm running back and forth from the oven to the computer. I am cooking our contribution to our famliy Thanksgiving meal. About 40-60 of us all get together for each holiday so it makes cooking a lot easier. You just have a couple things to fix. You just have to fix a lot of it! lol We are doing green beans and appetizers this year. The green beans are cooked with onions and garlic and ham hocks, with a little 1997 Cabernet Sav Port for some flavor and fresh green beans. Simmered for a few hours. yummy! The Hors D'Overs are Crab Puffs and Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms this year. Crab, cream cheese, scallions and spices in Won-Ton wrappers fried nice and golden! The sausage is made from eggplant and mushroom marinated with olive oil and italian sausage spices over night, then fried up, cooled, mixed with Parmeasan Cheese and stuffed in nice big mushrooms, they are now baking in a 375 degree oven. Just before we leave I will top with a thin slice of smoked gouda and put back in the oven to melt the cheese and warm them up. I hope everyone has a safe and happy Thanksgiving. I too am very thankful for this site and all you guys here!
