I could have had fresh turkey. My easter isn't going very well. I went for a drive to go to the park to just get out and have some peace in nature, and on the way, a turkey ran out in front of my car and took flight. I slowed down as quick as I could, but I had cars behind me, so I couldn't avoid it, I hit it (poor bird), it shattered my windshield.

I'm just not having very good luck lately or a very good day today. So, I'm back to hitting the school books where things are nice and quit. The good news is that the police said that I don't have to report it, so I'm just going to pay to get the car fixed rather than have my insurance go up.

I decided that spreading some cheer would raise my spirits some.

So:

What? no fresh turkey. I have hit a turkey before and it was tastey.

Sorry the day isn't going that good. Kick back and try to relax. Tomorrow is a brand new day.
