Last night was the end of the Group therpy, that I have been going to for the last 15 weeks.

I have learnt so much about my abuse and about myself over the last few months. I have learnt that I can have control of my life and that my abuse doesn't have to control me.

There is hope, hang in there, it does get better

I have talked to my T about groups, but there just aren't a lot of guys speaking up around here. I'm pretty sure I'm the only one at the crisis center, and I get the feeling that I was the first guy some of the people there had seen show up. Not my T, thankfully.

On the bright side, there are no long lines in the restroom! :D
