You may all like to know that I have been granted permission by the team of moderators to post extracts of my book entitled "BENDERS" - Abuse, Addiction and Archaeology".

I sincerely hope that it helps, in any small way, those coming to terms with SA and those that still continue to live with it on a daily basis.

Please be aware that it is TRIGGERING, it still triggers me and I wrote the thing.
