HAVE BEN TRYING TO FIND THE SOB THAT RAPED ME IN 1977 . THE LAST LEAD THAT I HAD HE WAS IN
"CLUTE TX" BUT I LOST HIM AGAIN . I GOT THAT CLOSE . HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHERE HE MAY HAVE MOOVED TO FROM THERE .
BECAUSE I WOULD LIKE TO TRY AND GET HIM IN COURT AND HAVE HIM PROSICUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW . THEN DRAG HIM INTO A CIVIL TRIAL . SO THAT HE WILL NEAVER FORGET WHO I AM
I WANT HIM TO WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WITH NIGHTMARES FOR THE NEXT 30 YEARS LIKE I HAVE HAD TO

Then report him to the police and let them find him. They have more resources than you, and they will also be able to build a case against him to use in court. Do this the right way and get the guy behind bars.
 
Nobby? Won't the police ask "When did this happen?" and Mike will reply, "30 years ago" and then the police will say, "We can't do anything, the statute of limitations for that crime are long past."

I COULD very well be wrong, but that's U.S. law in MOST states I think.

hope it works out for you and you can get some closure. Have you really thought out this confrontation? it might not be the best way of going about it. I would suggest looking into it. if you havent had any therapy you might want to try that first. there is also a good article on this site that deals with this,

I found it very helpful, although my abuse was not by a clergyman I have found this article helpful in my trying to let go of my past hurt. I hope this has been helpful

How do I go about reporting a crime that happened 32 years ago? The statute of limitations is up. Any thoughts?
