After being out of therapy since November 2004, I've decided to start again. I'm going on this coming Thursday afternoon to the T that I saw that one time back in February before I freaked out on the second visit because of the scheduling mishap. Hopefully, it'll work out better this time and I can stay the course.

Good luck this time! You aren't alone. I'll be at my T tomorrow night. Always scared the night the night before for some reason. I'll send an email later.
 
I would say that's nothing but a good thing. Go for it. My T of seven(!) years decided it was time to retire now. I will miss her. She ahs recommended a male T whom I have seen before. He's not bad, just prcier than her.
