for some reason the time is not correct

When I post, the time that it will say I will post is always 3hrs ahead as if I'm on a time zone in the Bahamas, maybe?

For example as I post the the time here is exactly 10:12 am

one does not notice it right away, because it says in the upper right hand corner that I made my post "0 seconds ago," but late it will say an actual Hour and Minute amount and in will be wrong.

When I post this i will say the exact time it is here, right now and I assure you that the time in the upper right hand corner will be wrong and ahead by a few hours.

It's not that important, but yesterday, I did NOT leave for work at 1:39pm!!!
I don't think I would still have a job if that were the case.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you guys know and ask why this is happening in the first place?

I was having trouble with this for the longest time.

I have also wanted to use chat but by the time I would normally arrive home it would be way too late for anybody to be in the chat room and on several occasions I have wanted to got to the Healing circle, only to find out that I had missed it.

Thank you again for volunteering the help to me.
I didn't even know that that page existed!!! shows you how "gifted I am with computers." (pathetic)
