Pretty emotional day. Had a few flashbacks while friving with a friend. Lots of tears were shed. Felt better afterwards, but very draining. Gotta keep chipping away at this stuff.
Its pretty confusing. It feels like a nightmare and movie at the same time. Hope that makes sense. I find bruises on my body. I don't know, its pretty crazy.
