I do not know I can offer you so much information. I have difference, between just panic in general, and actual flashbacks. They are different to me in the symptoms of them, and the intensity. Panic, I can 'ground' some. Call a friend, or do something as distraction, and can sometime make it go away. Flashbacks, much more difficult. I am on medicine, for depression and the panic, and have additional medicine I can take 'as needed'. That helps sometime. Sometime not. I hope that others will be able to offer better advice to you.
