Feling good today....

Hello MEN,
I am feeling pretty good today.
I had a good night sleep (the drugs)(legal) and myson just asked me to go to MD to his fiancees parents house for a Father's Day celebration. Her parents are pretty cool and they will make fine in laws.
The other reason I feel good is that I was able to tell my story here the other day. I have never told anyone the full story and that has helped.

Excellent. Congratulations on taking that very difficult leap of telling. The more we talk about what happened, the less painful the memories become. And the less pain we are experiencing, the better we move through recovery.

Have a good weekend with your son and the future in-laws. So nice that he asked you to join him. I hope when my daughter is grown that she will want me to be a special part of her life then too.
