Hay hay!

Some of you have meet me in the chatrooms and some of you havent! But hello to everyboady anyway!

Well after hinding in the shadows for too long now, i throught i would post!

Well I just got back from EURO DISNEY!! and it was BRILLIENT!! I had such a good time, I just let my self go, and I was a child again. I think i for the first time, in a VERY long time i was happy. I got to meet Micky-mouse, and Mini-Mouse. I tripped up Goofy, Got woken up by Pluto, and chased Sally around!! Went on all the rides, well all the fast ones!! Its true what they say, it is a MAGICAL place!! Well at the moment I am still on a natural high.

Well I see you all soon! Take care all!

You sure sound like fun! Your natural high rubbed off on me a little bit. My inner child wants to go there, too. Actually so does the big outer child! Welcome.

What a great idea 'Roy'! We should try and arrange a retreat at a place like Disneyland or Disney World. It would be great for those of us who were robbed of our childhoods. Our younger selves would love it.

Like my kind of dude!! Thanx 4 sharing thew FUNARAMA story---makes me want to hop on the next jet 4 a Disney locale!!! I'll have to go to UNCKE FUN, this totally awesome store here in Chicago with gadgets, toys, stuffed animals, comics, and other blasts of the past.... Your message reminds me of the escapes I made into Imagination Station as a kid---hiding from that hideous abuse I survived and buried away from my own parents even--- the wonderful clergy and family who threatened are now DEAD.... Again, thanx 4 the energy!!!! All my best, John!!!!

Little E--cool! Welcome to MS!

Matt--sounds good! I grew up in the Tampa Bay area and have been to Disney World seven times. But the last time I went Space Mountain was the big new ride there! (Yeah I know that really dates me!).

John--I remember taking my kids to Imagination Station, but didn't go as a child; maybe they didn't exist then? Oh well anyway, in running from my CSA like you talked about, I've spent most of my life in "Imagination Station"--not to mention in childhood!

I love the place too, been to the Florida one and the Calif' but not Euro'

Every time we've been it's been with friends and loads of kids, just so much fun.

But the big rides scare me !! :D

My wife went to a professional conference in Orlando. A related (wealthy) profession was having a conference at the neighboring hotel and they had rented the whole of Disney World for the night. They invited my wife's conference to join them - for FREE!. She and her friend went skipping down the road, holding hands, going from ride to ride and no lines to be found. They said they felt like two little girls in a dream. They did the roller coaster 5 times in a row witth no other passengers aboard.
The opportunity that was presented to them was fully realized for what it was, and well used.

I love that image of the two of them that I have in my mind. The excitement she had in her voice when she told me the story, had me feeling the excitement as if I was there too.
