Hi y'all

A friend of mine, upon me telling of my son's abuse, sent me an email explaining that he was abused as a child. He has not told anybody and has not sought therapy.

I told him about this site, I told him about Survivor's Network Minnesota.org, and I told him he was safe with me at the very least.

I've encouraged him to seek this site, so hopefully, he will read some of it at the very least. He is a great person. Please send some prayers his way.

Susskins,

We will definitely do that. He may remain on the sidelines for awhile; many guys do that. But if he takes the big step and joins up I am sure he will benefit from this site a lot.

Much love,
Larry

Susskins,
that's such a great post, it's a wonderful thing to reach out to someone and have them let you in like that.

Thanks for caring about yet another survivor.

Dave

As the secrets are dragged into the light, there are less shadows for the perpetrators to hide around. I am glad your friend was able to trust you and begin the process of recovery. Peace, Andrew

Susan,

You're a good friend. I hope he stops in to see what it's all about.

ROCK ON......Trish
