Don't build them walls too high - there are some good people out there in the world yet that you should let in - yeah, I know how hard that is - I still struggle with it myself - but there are good people out there in this world...

Welcome back. Don't forget that you have just started to recover from surgery and you may feel extra vulnerable right now. Just take your time, heal (it takes about 30 days to get completely over general anesthesia), and ask for help when you need it.
