just wondering, does anyone know the genious that is Tori Amos and her music? I have been really touched by her music and just wondering if any of you guys know her music
 
I am not very familiar with her music, but I am familiar, and respect the hell out of her, for her work with RAINN.

If you ahve an appriciation for what she has done with RAINN, please, please, please listen to her music; it's fabulous and honest and emotion. She is remarkable
 
I believe Tori Amos is a survivor of either CSA or rape.

I remember commenting to the "group" one night that Tori has one incredible accompanist. Several in the group said, "No, that's Tori, she does her own piano accompaning."
Oh, so good.

Unfortunaely, Tori was raped, at 21 by a fan she was giving a lift home to after a gig. Yes, she does play the piano and like. She has also had 3 miscarriages. Her music touches many abuse related cords. And her words maybe cryptic in ways, but the 'feel' of her music speaks volumes
