Disconnexion

Sometimes I feel this way, like I cannot connect with others.
I guess it is just not me, but everybody must get to this point.

It is like when I post something, and then think!
Why bother?
Seems like my mind just disconnects from the real world he lives in.

Like it is some unreal world he posts to, and would somebody be bothered by his drivel.
Its a low self esteem problem eating at my confidence to be a man.

A man is supposed to be confident. Right!
I am not, so I delete the post in case I offend ppl.
It is just how I feel, because I have to just review posts, and also delete the shitty posts.

Guess I was giving up on some things this week, but that is how I get, I dont want the bother of getting more money, so I tell them, not bother.
But they phone me up and say, they will help me, so I guess I can get through.

I had no sleep last night, again, so guess it is why I dont bother.
Just wish I dont have to bother them to get money, but guess they listened.

I am just sick of red tape this and that, so I tell them stick it, and then they show concern.
I just think WTF,do it, then they feel sorry, but not when they ask me for impossible things.

I just need to be me right now, not fighting for my rights to what I am entitled to.
Yeah, I am in their tenticles,

I think you are right; we must all get in that disconnected mode from time to time. Perhaps it's weariness, perhaps it's fear or doubt, perhaps it's one of those things that varies from one of us to the other. But I suspect we all get that way at times.

I wouldn't judge yourself for that though. It may just be a sign that you need to rest and recharge for a bit.
