doing better now but had rough two weeks, money problems, not sure af anything at the moment, but promis to stay around and not do anything dumb. I was at a clinic most of the day cuz I had suicidal thoughts, being bipolar dont help.

any kind words would be welcomed, still worried about the money situation.

I dont want to be homeless again

WE ALL HAVE BAD DAYS AND GOOD DAYS ,SOME TIMES YOU HAVE TO LOOK PREATY HARD TO FIND THE GOOD ONES BUT THEY ARE THERE . LOOK FOR THE LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD
HAPPYNESS DOESENT COST A THING . TRY TAKEING A WALK WITH A FRIEND . OR WATCH A FUNY MOVIE
 
The most valuable part of this life is us and no matter what happens, we need to discover how important we are to ourselves. We can be our own worst enemy or our best friend. I am just starting to discover how each day is a gift but I am not completely there yet. The abuse made me feel unimportant and useless but I am slowly learning to take better care of me for me.
Like Michael said that "happiness doesn't cost a thing."

hey you guys are being suppotive, just want you to know this is very difficult and it is not going to be easy to get through just keep lifting me up ok. and if anyone is in shouting distance to kalamazoo, I need a hug. (a real one)

Good to see you back was worried about you since we had not heard from you in a while.MJ I know things are at a low point however,I know you can pick yourself up out of the darken spot clean yourself off and fight for what you want.You are a great man and you are worth a great deal no matter the $ miss you and really hope for the best for you now.Keep in touch don't be such a stranger.
 
Michael - Sorry you are having a bad time. I am also jobless (recently laid off) looking for a job. I just went the other day to get assistance from DHS. Can you get there to get some help in K? You would get some help with food etc. I just go ta notice today that said wife and I were ok'd for adult medical program...I was not even aware we were. Anyway, sorry about things. You have always been encouraging here to me and others. Don't give up!
