excellent thoughts my friend. i think we begin just this way by realizing and accepting what was. from there we can begin to see that it no longer that way. we were not in control we had no voice. now it is a different story. who we choose to become now is up to us and there is a lot of courage and power in your hands. I hope it gets better soon for you
