cures for nightmeres

I read books just before I sleep, thrillers are good, or something funny.
I don't touch anything heavy or about SA.

I like to fall asleep wondering what's going to happen next in the book.

Doesn't always work, but I think it helps.

I know its not the ideal way, but I take drugs to help me sleeping. After a bad experience with Paxil I gave up anti-Ds and now Im on Ambien, which is a very common sleeping pill. Just helps with the sleeping, doesnt do anything about nightmares and depression. Its been working very well with me, after sleeping 3-4 hours/week for more than 1 month I am now sleeping 8-10 hours/day. But I still have nightmares and sometimes I wake up during the night because of them.

I started with 10mg/day and now after 10 days on it Im reducing it to 5mg/day. In fact, tonight itll be my first night with this new dosage, so Im not sure how itll work. Of course the ideal its not need any chemical help to sleep and if you can manage it with only hot milk, good reading and so on, just do it man, I hate taking drugs and I hope I wont need them anymore after some time.

I am last person who can help with sleep problem. The only time I sleep is now, when I have been so sick this week. I am still mostly sleeping, and doing that as much as I can now, before it goes away of me again. I wish you good luck, very much.
