Counting My Blessings!
Hi Guys!
I woke up in a really bad mood this morning. Last night, Andy asked me to move an electric fan in the kitchen. And as soon as I started doing that, I was flashing back to the old-fashioned electric fan we had in the kitchen of the house where I grew up. Then I was back there. It was so real, so detailed. I think I really freaked Andy out. He's been so good to me. I don't know what I ever did to deserve him. After disclosing to my family, I don't think they ever want to talk about this stuff again. Looks like I may not get invited to any family parties soon.
Anyhow...I woke up thinking all this negative stuff and then someone here sent me a nice PM. And I thought, "Wow! I am so blessed to be a part of this." I mean, it's a strange sort of "club" to be part of. The "initiation" is a bitch! But if these awful things had to happen to us, then I'm so glad that good has come out of it. And the good for me is being with all you guys here.
So, I am counting my blessings today.
