I'm from Finland. The Stockholm site you mention is mostly true, but they underplay the cost. It is VERY expensive in Sweden. A much better deal, economically, is Helsinki or Turku, Finland. We have everything Sweden has to offer at a cheaper price!!!

Denmark isn't far behind. The tax is the big thing although for some items you show your passport when you buy items, and at the airport you go to customs window, show receipts and passport and gete all your taxes back. Does not include hotel, booze, etc. But the window shopping is always worth the while especially in Kobenhavn. Makes walking difficult.
