Hi Guys,

I am doing something today that I have been contemplating doing for the last several weeks. I have some time and I am writing a letter to the district attorney. I know Jon from church, the church were S A # 2 occured.

What I am asking Jon is this:

Why have I had three sexual predators in my life, why have I tried to press charges against all three, and not a fucking thing has been done to any of them?

Those won't be my exact words, but I want to know why all three of them have walked?

It is a tough letter to write. I am giving details of each sexual assault. I am about to finish telling about Perpatrator # 1. I am worn out. I will work on the letter somemore later. When I am done I will try to post it here.

I am going to give the letter to the District attorney. If I don't get satisfactory answers to my questions I think I will send a copy to the American Civil Liberties Union.

My attorney says that he feels that we are going to loose the case against the church based on Statute of Limitations. I am not happy about that but I'll have to accept it. However, win or lose, I am not going to take it quitely. I am going to speak up and tell anyone who will listen what has been done to me and continues to be done.

Sexual predators need to be held accountable for their actions. Laws need to be changed.

Hi John,

Just wondering, do the Statutues of lim apply to both the criminal and the civil suits?

www.reformation.com lists I thnk 19 Presby ministers accused.

I sure ain't a lawyer, but if what we're talking about is personal injury, there is a statute of limitations. Here's a weblink I found for SOL's in each state. I don't know if this would be affected if you were a juvenile when things happen -- i.e., does the clock start ticking when you're 18? Anyway, unfortunately, these numbers are low.

Sorry, forgot the link..
