Con Air
Last night I watched, for I think the third time, the movie "Con Air," on TV.
So much of it relates to SA, in ways that things come out positively.
Cameron Poe (Nicholas Cage) captures an escaped convict who threatens to get his daughter; the guy ends up getting killed accidentally.
An escaped rapist who is bent on raping a female guard never gets the chance, and is finally killed trying--by Cameron Poe.
A serial molestor & murderer of little girls has his life turned around by the harrowing experience
he has on Con Air and by the positive influence and fatherly love of Cameron Poe. He during the escape wanders off and finds a little girl playing alone, but ends up just having "tea" with her and joining her in singing "He's Got the Whole World In His Hands," which he continues singing later in the movie.
What a survivor and survivor advocate & protector Cameron Poe is. Great movie!
