Occasionally I like to come back to my healing home.
This is the place where for me it all began in the may of 2011. I had just watched the Oprah show, was weeping as a massive burden had been lifted of my shoulders for the first time in my life, and fast forward a few years and here I am, Sitting at the tip of Africa, helping other men heal, raising awareness and talking to the world.
If you had told me that in 5 short years I would be confident enough to talk on live radio shows and television shows before Millions of people, I would have laughed at you. I couldn't even stand up in a room full of friends and talk unless I was two sheets to the wind. (Drunk)
Guys, I love encouraging you all, giving you hope, pushing for you all to seek the best for your lives. You are worthy, you are deserving, you are entitled to live a great life. Choose Life guys, your future is in your hands.
No matter what you think, you are not a horrible useless being, you are so much more, so much better.
I hope that you are not afraid to face the demons of the past, if we look at it realistically, they are only memories, painful memories yes, but they cannot reach into you and rip your heart out physically, only emotionally.
You are in control of those memories, Conquer them with passion and zeal, for life and life more abundantly.
Life is great, never give up the fight.
