chat trouble

Been having some trouble with chat. Until last week I hadn't been on here for a while. I tried to get on but it said I was banned. I assume that was because of too many failed logins. I was able to try again but it always says my username and password are incorrect. I changed the password so i know that is right so now Im at a loss. please help!

when the site was updated this seems to be a part of the issues that are still being fixed. what i do is re enter my login information on the screen that says you are banned and then i gain access. it that doesn't work then message me and i will get with Nathan or Andy and see if we can figure it out. please don't think it is anything personal you did just seems to be a glitch
