chat room!

Is it me, or does the chat room just hate me! I can never seem to get it to show! Do u need some kind of software to see it?? And if so where can i get it?? Cheers guys!

Well try taking a look at this link to the chat software help page, down at the bottom it talks about connection difficulties.

What do you gentlemen see when you click on the Chat link from the main MS web page?

What kind of browsers are you using, what version (click help at the top of the brower, then 'about' it show the version)?

Hope this helps, if you're not able to get in, please provide as much detail as you can as to what you see when you click the the Chat link. Also, details about how you connect to the Internet (modem?), what ISP do you use, are you using a pc or a mac .

There are some issues with Explore under XP, that might keep you off chat. If your using XP and can't get on, download Netscape at https://www.netscape.com/ you'll want the complete install.
